AIL CORPORATE

AIL was established in 2003 by a group of experienced horticultural and finance professionals to operate as the Manager and Responsible Entity of a suite of specialised Managed Investment Schemes. 

AIL holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL 224314). AIL is authorised to provide general finance advice, deal in its own financial products and operate its own Management Investment Schemes. AIL is an unlisted public company supported by a small group of shareholders that aims to market its products to the investing public via licensed Financial Planners and Advisers.  To date, we have progressively sold and implemented several investor projects based on land situated at Piangil, 40 kilometres north of Swan Hill, Victoria.  We now have more than 1300 hectares of almond orchards under management.

AIL acts as Responsible Entity for its Grower Projects and Orchard Asset Trusts. AIL oversees the operations of the orchard and all processing and marketing functions on behalf of Growers, as well as the administration of the Orchard Asset Trust for Orchard Asset Owners. AIL reports to and communicates with Growers and Orchard Asset Owners regarding their investment.
