The Offer consists of a Managed Investment Scheme namely:

The 2009 Project involves:

  • The Project involves the growing and management of Red Ironbark trees in an orchard located near St Arnaud, Victoria.

The 2009 Project offering consists of up to 1000 wood lots (0.50 hectare each).

Tax deductions are covered by Australian Tax Office Ruling Number PR 2009/42.
